A domain transfer moves your registration from one registrar to another and can take up to 10 days. Domains registered less than 60 days ago cannot be transferred. Before you start, make sure that:
- the domain is unlocked for transfer at your current registrar,
- you have the authorization (EPP) code,
- the administrative contact email in Whois is yours,
- Whois privacy is turned off.
New customers on yearly web hosting get a free domain transfer, including a one-year renewal.
